I have spent thirty years on both sides of outsourcing deals. I can show you where the AI gain sits, measure it, and get it shared without damaging the relationship you depend on.
I was Chief Operating Officer at Fujitsu UK, accountable for designing, pricing, transforming, delivering and governing the company’s outsourced services. At Computacenter I held director roles transforming clients’ technology environments and shaping the kind of win win savings that work for client and provider alike.

Then I crossed the table. For nine and a half years I was Group Technology Transformation Director at Specsavers. I changed how the business sourced technology, away from traditional vendor management towards genuine transformational service partnerships, with the commercial disciplines and governance to make that stick.
As a provider I wasn’t trying to be clever with the margin. As a client I wasn’t trying to win at the provider’s expense. I wanted the right outcome for both. A fair profit and real client value
More than twenty years ago we called it shift left. Automation was at the heart of it. We automated the resolution and delivery of services, committed to drive the cost of delivery towards the most efficient mechanism, and agreed to share the benefit of advances that weren’t yet clear when we signed.
AI is the biggest of those advances. Most contracts weren’t written for it. Whether you are at renewal or mid contract, the time to deal with it is now.
I will oversee every engagement. Not a team of analysts working from my notes.
I am not tied to any provider. My only interest is getting the deal right.
I build the model, put in the governance and measure the gain. A commercial conversation first, with lawyers only at the end.
Where I believe the gain is there, I will do the work with you and take a share of the AI gain we realise.

The strongest AI GainShare agreement brings everyone in. You see the benefit in your bill. Your provider keeps a fair profit and a reason to keep investing. I am paid from the gain, not before it. Nobody fights over the same pound, and the service partnership lasts.

I’ll tell you where AI is likely to be changing its economics, and what a fair share could look like for you and your provider. No pitch. No obligation.
